1. Ownership & Proprietary Rights

GlazePricer, including all content, configurator designs, pricing logic, algorithms, data structures, and associated documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Avantgarde Living Limited ("the Company"). All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence beyond the limited right to use the tool as described herein.

2. Permitted Use

GlazePricer is provided solely for internal business use by authorised account holders for the purpose of generating glazing quotations. You may:

• Access the tool using your individual registered account credentials.
• Generate and download quotations for your own business purposes.

All other uses are prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by Avantgarde Living Limited.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the tool, its interfaces, or its output for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, pricing logic, or algorithms underlying the tool.
• Scrape, extract, harvest, or systematically collect pricing data, product configurations, UI designs, or any other data from the tool by automated or manual means.
• Share account credentials or permit unauthorised parties to access the tool.
• Attempt to circumvent any security, authentication, or access control measures.
• Use the tool in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Avantgarde Living Limited or any third party.

4. Confidentiality of Pricing Data

The pricing structures, supplier cost data, and configurator logic contained within GlazePricer are commercially sensitive and confidential. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify Avantgarde Living Limited immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

6. No Warranties

GlazePricer is provided "as is." While the Company takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of pricing outputs, no warranty is given that outputs are free from error or suitable for any particular purpose. Quotations generated are indicative only and must be verified before use in customer-facing documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avantgarde Living Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use GlazePricer, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

8. Enforcement

Any breach of these Terms — including but not limited to unauthorised copying, reverse-engineering, or data extraction — may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal legal action as appropriate under English law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

Avantgarde Living Limited reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
